Do I need insurance?Yes, we require everyone to have insurance.

How can I reserve a storage unit?You can reserve a unit by clicking on the reserve now button above, or here.

Do I need to sign a lease agreement?Yes, however our lease agreements are month to month, therefore, you can move-out at the end of the month as long as you give us a written 5 day notice.

Do you offer climate control units?Yes, we require a 5 day written notice. You can submit your notice here.

Is there a deposit I need to pay when I first rent a unit?We do not charge a deposit, but there is a one time administration fee.

Do I need to give a notice before I vacate my unit?Yes, we require a 5 day written notice. You can submit your notice here.

When do I have access to my unit?You have access to your unit from 6am-10pm.

What type of payments do you accept?We accept bank payments, cash, checks, credit cards, money orders.

How secure are my belongings?Our storage facility was built with security in mind. Which is why everyone has their own personal gate code to enter the facility, and we have 24 hour video surveillance.

Do you offer discounts of state workers, students, or veterans?Sometimes we offer discounts for more information please call our office at (629) 201-4009.

Is there a late fee, if I am late on my rent?Rent is due on the 1st of every month, however we give a 5-day grace period. After 5 days, a $20 late fee will be added to your account.
